On September 22nd, James-Bug turned 4 years old!
We let James open a couple presents before church, but made the mistake of letting James share. Nate got to open one of the presents and was so sad all day that it wasn't his.
Right after church, John asked James if he was ready for his birthday swats. James and Nate freaked out. I assured James that HE could give Daddy as many birthday swats as he wanted when we got home.

James asked for chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. He also insisted on putting his own name candles on the cake.
