Bethy's 2nd Birthday!

Sweet Bethy turned 2 on March 1st!

"TWO!"

The kids spent hours decorating for her birthday party. They wanted to make an obstacle course for everyone to go through. We took most of it down before the actual party. Sorry kids!

Beps didn't understand the blowers!

James used my phone to take pictures of opening presents.............

One of the funniest parts of the night was when Beth got underoos from Auntie Kim. She immediately tried to put them on Lambie and take her new toy to the potty. ( Think it's time to potty train! :-/ )

(cup) Cake Time!

All that partying wore our birthday girl out!

Bethy sure loves her Grandpa.

I cannot believe how fast these 2 years have gone. Bethy is the sweetest little jokester and has added so much joy to our family. I love having a little girl to dress and do girl things with - she's already proven to be my best shopping buddy.  ;-)

Love you, Bethy-Boo! Happy Birthday!!

The Last of February

Our 9th grade girls made pillowcase dresses to send to Africa. They turned out so cute!

Hugo likes to ride with us to pick up James in the afternoon. If he doesn't get to go with us, he lays near the trunk, flat on the ground and gives me the biggest "pretty please" eyes!

I scored some clearance Nike's for Beth, but they're 5 sizes too big. She wanted to wear them SO badly!

A text from my dad.  (Death he = Bethy)

The picture with the text. Bethy wants to be just like the big kids!

A text to John.

My snuggler.

Love these silly kiddos!

Beth Moore Weekend

A few weeks ago, Amanda, Ellie and I had a fun girls weekend at the Beth Moore Conference!

We stayed at a beautiful hotel in downtown Kirkland and met up with some ladies from church for the conference.

It's Beth! Waaaaaaaay down there!

After the Friday night session, the three of us walked down to the waterfront and found a place to get some dessert. Then we wandered up to our room and talked late into the night.

I ran into a handful of people that I haven't seen in a while and it was so great catching up with them -- The funniest story is from Friday when we first arrived at our seats. I was chatting with some ladies from church and looked over their shoulder, down the row of seats, and saw my mom-in-law and her 2 good friends, Tami and Sandy! I had no idea they would be there, let alone in the same row as us!

The weekend was so great and refreshing. I'm glad we were able to be there, spend time in the Word and deepen our friendships!

{A while ago, James heard that I like to put bookmarks in my Bible.
He made a whole pile of them for me and they always make me smile!}

"Camouflaging"

Uncle Reed is so fun. He sent a video back that said:
Absolutely! I can't wait to go camouflaging with you!  :-)

A Joke from Bethy

Valentine's Day 2015

John was working on Valentine's Day, so the kids and I spent the day together.
(Seems kind of like every other day of the week, haha!)

We made some heart sugar cookies and brought them to our neighbors, Mr. Bob and Ms. Kim.

Valentine's Day is also Hugo's birthday so we made a trip to Fred Meyer for birthday treats and toys for Hugo and heart balloons for the kids.

Happy 5th Birthday, Hugo!

We got special Valentine mail from Grandma and Grandpa!

And crafty Nate made decorations for the house... and taped them down very securely!

When John got home, he took us out to Boston's for a very romantic Valentine's dinner.  ;-)
It was a perfect evening, I love hanging out with my family!
